  • ATK/HC: Hastelloy C2000 probe tubes – Tmax = 600°C and corrosive flue gases
  • ATK/C: Ceramic probe tubes – Tmax = 1300°C
  • ATK/CS: Silicon carbide outer probe tube – Tmax = 1300°C
