We are currently seeking for some positions as below:
1. Service Sales Engineer
Support the business activities of technical services, providing engineering solutions and after-sales services for clients in industries such as:
- Thermal Power Plants
- Oil & Gas
- Chemical processing
- Mining & mineral processing
* Job Description:
- Participate in site surveys, assessment, and propose solutions for repair, maintenance, and equipment replacement.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to prepare quotations, technical documentation, tender dossiers, and present solutions to clients.
- Follow up and maintain relationships with customers after sales, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new service opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team in implementing, supervising, start-up and commissioning.
* Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Equipment, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, or related technical fields.
- Good knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical and control systems, sensors, and measurement devices.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in power plants, industrial zones, or FDI enterprises.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with strong problem-solving skills for start-up and commissioning, training, and technology transfer activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to work independently and team-work as well.
- Technical English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel for short business trips across Vietnam and attend oversea training courses by Manufacturers.
2. Senior Sales Engineer
You will be a senior Sales Engineer (BE Electric, I&C or similar) with 2 years experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Thermal Power Plants
- Oil & Gas
- Chemical processing
- Mining & mineral processing
* Job Description:
- Searching and identifying new clients who might benefit from company products or services;
- Traveling to visit potential clients;
- Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Calculating client quotations;
- Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs;
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
- Offering after-sales support services;
- Administering client accounts;
- Assist in preparing reports for head office;
